We can accommodate four anglers total, in two different suites, we respect your privacy and when you make your reservation, you are reserving your own private piece of paradise with lots of individual attention. Personalized service and an eye for detail is what our clients praise.

Packages are all-inclusive and cover full-day fly fishing every day with two full-time fly fishing guides in each skiff, spacious and fully-modern accommodations, gourmet Maya-Caribe dining from Lupita's cocina, fishing and park licenses and your choice of substitute full-day activities. Packages do not include tips for guides, house staff, or alcoholic beverages.

Only the one-week package and longer stays include roundtrip transportation from the Cancun International Airport to Punta Allen. We can make arrangements for a shuttle or rental car for shorter trips. All of our clients who stay for less than a week enjoy driving the easy journey to Punta Allen.

Reservations are confirmed after the receipt of a 50% deposit. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. Deposits are non-refundable due to client cancellation unless we can rebook your reservation.

Total balances for trips need to be paid in full, thirty days prior to arrival. We will send you an invoice for balances due.

Our rates are lower than others for several important reasons. We own and manage the property ourselves. We are on-site year-round. No high overhead, due to hired managers and staff, or property rentals.
