Capt. Greg and Lupita Rahe are the owners and
your hosts at Ascension Bay's Club Grand Slam in wonderful Punta Allen,
Mexico.
Lupita is of Maya heritage and has spent her
working life as a chef in many different upscale bakeries,
restaurants, and clubs. In fact, hers was the first bakery
in Punta Allen. She loves to cook and her genuine Maya love
of welcoming and entertaining guests has created a devoted
following for her creative culinary dishes.
Capt. Greg is a renowned fly fishing guide
and teacher from the Florida Keys who now calls Punta Allen
and Mexico his home. Having guided and fished the world, he
was amazed at the Ascension Bay fishery and now shares her
secrets with guests from around the world.
They are fond of telling people, "Arrive as
